We were looking for a restaurant in the Serendra the fort last saturday There are so many choices walking up in Bonifacio High street. We decided to try Chelsea as We have had that place on our list for some time.although I Was a bit apprehensive at first as I had gotten a mixed reviews about the restaurant there was an over few people wait for a table but we decided to wait anyway.
Chelsea is sister restaurant of the museum cafe in greenbelt. they offergourmet food market, coffee shop, bakery with bread and pastries. We started off our dinner with a complimentary Focaccia Bread with mushrooms and pesto on top with whole bulb roasted garlic.
We order the pizza Hickory Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs in Fresh Cilantro, with Tomato-Corn Salsa, Red Onions.and chicken with potato wedges that were served with a mayo-ginger dip The serving was generous. The tangy taste and aroma of the food served on a wooden chopping board was a new twist.

Chelsea offers a theme of the recently Gentrified and hottish scene in the Chelsea section of Midtown Manhattan in New York City, It offers casual with a touch of elegance dining. The restaurant is warm and comfortable but a bit pricey though..pleasant atmosphere and great, friendly service.
A delightful selection of menus...I wanna try the wagyu beef and pastrami next time...
